do next? This is where you have the choice of ending your relationship because of catching out a cheating partner, or you can try to get past this and see if it is possible for your relationship to survive the affair.
What you do will depend on your relationship history, has your partner cheated in the past, or is this a one time thing? If your spouse has cheated on previous occassions then you are kidding yourself if you think that this is going to be the last time. Experience proves that your partner is a serial cheater, and the chances of it happening again and again are going to be pretty high. If you want to go through the pain and hurt again in the future, then that is entirely up to you, but you do need to ask yourself if this relationship is everything that you want.
If however this is the first time that your partner has cheated on you, then there has to be a reason, and that reason needs to be explored. Why did it happen? what led up to it? If this affair is a one off incident then it is entirely possible that you can move on from it. However at the end the day it will be your choice as to whether you can be sure that your will not cheat in the future or if you will be seeing further signs of an affair.
